Description:
Solutions Director
We here at Mitie are looking to recruit a Solutions Director who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a programme of activity to build relationships with current and potential customers, alongside leading sales opportunities that arise.
Responsibilities:
- To source, lead and manage UK new business development opportunities within public sector.
- Design complex win strategies with bid teams for bids and sales projects.
- Liaise with leads, stakeholders and operational teams of various divisions for business development.
- Design and present strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with bid and pricing functions to promote productivity.
- Increase company brand recognition in the UK Public Sector marketplace
- Analyse client requirements, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and develop proposals accordingly.
- Conduct opportunity assessment meetings and manage proposal/bid process.
- Attend client site visits, briefings and ongoing relationship management meetings as required.
- Responsible for proposal commercial and solution strategy.
- Define proposal deliverables and develop value propositions for each bid.
- Prepare and submit winning commercial solutions, bid proposals, and presentations.
- Complete and update Salesforce and bid governance documentation.
- Proven experience in managing facilities workstreams and project teams.
