We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Technology as our Solutions Lead. Working directly with the Head of Solutions and alongside Project, Business Application, Infrastructure & Cyber Security Teams, the Solutions Lead will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, design, and assist with implementation of customized solutions that meet business requirements.
This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated individual who has strong retail operational experience and can drive long-term initiatives. The Solutions Lead will be involved in every stage of launching a successful solution, from inception to successful implementation.

Business analysis, Requirements Gathering

  • Identifying and collating business requirements using a range of methods including but not limited to workshops, interviews, brainstorming and focus groups
  • Undertaking gap analysis between current state (As Is) and future state (To Be)
  • Creating business and use cases, user stories, Functional Requirement Documents, and concept design documents.
  • Working with IT teams / vendors to assist in the design of Technical Requirements Documents

Responsibilities:

Project delivery management

  • Ensuring the project scope and priorities are managed in collaboration with Project Teams.
  • Working in the Project Manager capacity for smaller scale projects or as/when required in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Ensuring successful handover to IT / Business stakeholders at the conclusion of project.

Maintaining Relationships

  • Maintaining internal stakeholder relationships throughout the project
  • Providing regular project related updates to all required parties
  • Maintain vendor relationships to ensure on-time deployment of changes
