Description:
As a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist Xerox you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our agencies’ growing staffing needs across Canada. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and relationship-building will be instrumental for thriving in this role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Recruitment Social Media like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing:
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct proactive outreach and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment with job requirements.
- Contacting university and colleges job boards to put Xerox on top of mind of their students and create networking opportunities. Participate in virtual/in-person information sessions to present the agency model and why work for them.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation, and eligibility to work in Canada.
- Invite them to join our ATS system and taking the personality trait assessment.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with agency owners and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Networking with RCL’s and PM to ensure you are helping with their agencies’ recruitment needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of job descriptions.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor activities to guide recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize sourcing and selection processes.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate progress.
- Learning & Development:
- Engage with RCLs, Partner Managers and agency owners to provide tips on how to improve their recruitment strategies, produce better interviews and select high quality candidates.
- Internal Communications & Networking:
- Participate in the creation of a Newsletter to inform the NA Channels organization about projects in progress and future events.
- Engage with ERGs to increase your exposure and give you expertise on matters leading to the organization’s general success.
