WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of QA experience, including manual as well as test automation
• Ideally 1+ year of experience in cloud operations environment, solution support, and management or development
  Due to the potentially classified nature of our work, your willingness is required to subject yourself to a governmental security clearance process.

We are looking for a Quality Specialist (f/m/d) in the area of the Sovereign Cloud Delivery and Architecture unit of the newly formed Sovereign Services and Delivery team in the Customer Serivces & Delivery board area.
In this role, you will join the central Sovereign Cloud Quality team: We test and operate the internal SAP Sovereign Cloud environments used as reference by the regional Operations teams. You will help deliver SAP applications to SAP Sovereign Cloud customers aiming at functional correctness, streamlined deployments, and smooth operation. You will be working closely with technical product managers, engineers, our security team, as well as SAP product team members and Operations teams.
You will participate in the overall release lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and executing test cases for releases as well as patches in the corresponding Cloud landscape. Deployment tests can be inclusive of application updates, DB revision changes, operating system upgrades, security improvements, hardware upgrades or migrations. You will help identify defects, track defect remediation, and include software or solution updates required to resolve issues in future deployments.
