Description:
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 5 years of relevant functional experience with a focus on policy and data governance, audit, legal, project/ service management
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage policy and process changing initiatives from concept to implementation and evaluation
- Strong understanding of corporate operations, including source to pay operations, compliance support and corporate policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who has strong organizational and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, various software packages)
- Experience in Audit/Operational Risk and Process Control i would be an asset
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, ideally Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finances or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Specialist, Sourcing & Procurement Governance will be responsible for overseeing and participating in implementing policies and procedures to maintain an effective procurement framework. The position will play key role for collaborating with cross-functional teams to stabilize and manage a source to pay process for handling policy requirements and exceptions, including the review, approval, problem definitions, address compliance issues, opportunity and solution recommendations and root cause analysis. Specialist, Sourcing & Procurement Governance will support in building and maintaining strong compliance mindset, putting in place a comprehensive compliance program and the necessary procedural infrastructure. He/she will work closely with all regions to ensure policy requirements are well integrated in transactions and documentation (Procedures, SOP, Work Instruction, Process Maps etc.)
