Sr ERP Security Engineer (SAP)

AutoZone is looking for an experienced IAM security engineer with a focus on ERP security and role design. This position will work closely with the business to define, implement, and maintain role-based security for AutoZone’s ERP systems. Candidates must have experience either with SAP S/4 security or Oracle Cloud HCM (strong preference for both), and will be expected to perform hands-on administration, technical guidance and mentoring, troubleshooting, support, and training as required.

Responsibilities:
Participate in any and potentially all IAM functions, with a heavy focus on ERP security:
Design and implement ERP security roles and authorizations based on business processes and requirements.
Manage user access, roles, and authorizations across all ERP systems.
Support, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related issues on ERP systems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM security policies, standards, and procedures.
Perform regular audits and security control validation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in IAM, SAP, and HCM security.
Requirements:
Typically five+ years experience with cyber security and/or risk management in an enterprise environment
Proven experience with ERP security administration and role design for the following platforms:
o SAP S/4 HANA, including GRC and CUA
o Oracle Cloud HCM, including IDCS and AOR
Skilled in the following domains:
o SAP/HCM system design and implementation
o problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis
o task estimation, planning and execution
o written and verbal communication
Preferred:
o Bachelor’s degree in related IT field
o CISSP, SAP, or HCM related security certification
