Job Description
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will support the Integrated Solutions (IS) Division to champion and drive key Human Resource initiatives, providing an environment and culture that fosters inclusion, growth, and high performance. A central responsibility within this position will be providing HR support for the organization’s union bargaining unit population. You will also design and support HR initiatives throughout the enterprise, including effectively communicating HR programs such as training, engagement, and performance. In this role, you will influence the Elbit’s people value of “A place where people want to work and choose to stay.”

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• PHR / SPHR Certification a plus.
• Three or more years of human resources generalist experience preferred.
• Experience in a union-facing HR Generalist role is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and collective bargaining agreements.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing others.
• Previous experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
• Ability to utilize excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must demonstrate a high level of trust, collaboration, confidentiality, and good judgment.
• Self-aware and highly sensitive to critical elements affecting culture and employee morale.
