Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Supporting sales leadership team in planning and achieving strategic team goals
- Assisting in developing and executing a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with our business objectives, sales strategy, and overall corporate strategy.
- Working to create a motivating and effective communication strategy to the field for leadership
- Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support sales processes, workflows, and reporting requirements while leading the change management process and ensuring smooth adoption and user acceptance of new features.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision making.
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and driving continuous improvement while conducting regular reviews and audits of data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the Salesforce team, including onboarding, coaching, and mentoring while serving as a subject matter expert on trends and innovations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership, sales operations, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and how those transfer to field execution.
- Partnering with sales support, IDN directors, marketing and R&D in activities such as sales promotion, training or market research in planning and executing special projects and programs.
