We are searching for a strong, driven, and empathetic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own a product inside of our planning applications suite. You will be responsible for owning the product strategy, planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. The right individual will bring strong outbound product management skills, understand growth opportunities in the market, and identify the necessary product innovations that will drive new revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify commercial opportunities for product enhancements and new features
  • Validation of business value of specific new capabilities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategy for the owned product areas, define the product roadmap, and maintain the product backlog
  • Detailed scoping and requirement documentation (e.g. in PRD) of new capabilities
  • Enablement of our GTM and CX organizations on the benefits of the new offerings and capabilities
  • Assess the performance of new capabilities against product success metrics and come to actionable conclusions for future iterations
  • Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product and business direction
  • Communicate with stakeholders during the Product life cycle.
  • Reflect on each release cycle and identify improvements to be actioned in the next cycle
