What are we looking for?

  • Available from February to August 2025
  • Enrolled University student at the time of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy, Finance, or Marketing
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point) is a must, experience with SharePoint and Power BI an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Action-oriented, with a strong drive for results
  • Agile yet well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal savvy and collaboration mindset
  • Experience in planning and carrying out projects will be an advantage
  • Interested in developing an in-depth understanding of various business processes, strategic thinking, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

ROLES & OBJECTIVES

  • Support in performing strategic project validation to ensure adequate prioritization and sequencing of market initiatives.
  • Support in facilitating weekly cross-functional alignment forum, specifically with the agenda planning, minutes, and follow up.
  • Support in governing cross-functional collaboration surveys by identifying critical areas to gather information, analyzing and presenting the results, and making recommendations.
  • Support in developing & organizing trainings and experience sharing sessions for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of strategic programs internally within the Swiss market, and externally to the Regional team.
  • Support and eventually lead ad-hoc projects aiming towards the achievement of strategic targets in alignment with the channel owners, strategic program owners, and functional units.
