We are currently seeking a Strategic Sourcing Coordinator to support our Strategic Sourcing team. The Strategic Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for the operation of Prospera’s contract administration software (Gatekeeper).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure contracts are signed in accordance with Prospera’s Management Signing Authority Policy
- Monitor compliance with Prospera’s Vendor Management Policy, escalate any exceptions
- Provide support to Prospera’s vendor managers, as required
- Support contract renewals promptly, escalate any active contracts at risk of expiry in accordance with agreed processes.
- Support vendor manager’s execution of contract performance reviews in accordance with policy
- Provide support to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Strategic Sourcing analyst, as required
- Manage inventory of Gatekeeper documents in compliance with policy, notifications, and access rights
- Coordinate low risk sponsorship agreements
- Support reporting requests, as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support the Strategic Sourcing department
