About the role
The Strategy and Governance Manager steers the annual Deep Dive Cycle calendar including associated handshake meetings between the Businesses, Global Sales and Marketing and Technology & Operations. In addition, it is expected to support the preparation of the weekly Executive Management Team (EMT) calls and the quarterly Business Review Meetings of the EMT. Also, the investor relationship reports from Nexperia, such as the annual Directors reports or the “Nexperia Business Overview” as input to Wingtech semi-annual and annual reports. A close alignment with the CEO office is essential.

This is your new job:

  • Schedule and update the annual Deep Dive Cycle calendar
  • Oversee the progress of quarterly handshake meetings between MAG and GSM as well as MAG and T&O
  • Support the preparation of the weekly EMT calls and the quarterly BRM meetings of the EMT
  • Support the communication of processes and procedures between the Strategy & Governance department with related BGs, GSM and T&O organizations
  • Support partnership relations such as smartphone, notebook, AI server with related ODMs.
  • Gather business information for the investor relationship reports such as the annual Directors report and the Nexperia business overview for the semi-annual and annual Wingtech reports
  • Close alignment with the CEO office

This is you:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient relevant industry experience
  • Initial working experience in semiconductor or electronics industry of approx. 2 years
  • Fluently in written and spoken English (Mandarin and German is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office and Power BI skills
  • Very good communication skills in an intercultural environment
  • Ability to moderate in case of conflicts between related parties towards a solution finding
  • Cross functional communication and teamwork with BGs, T&O, GSM, Finance, Legal, HR, MARCOM and within the Strategy team
  • Structured and well-organized working style
  • Being effective, analytical, pragmatic, structured and result-oriented
  • Hands-on and pro-active mindset
