Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: You’ll be at the heart of crafting both country-specific and international strategies, working closely with our local and product teams to chart the course for growth and success. Directly reporting to our CEO International.
  • Business Planning: As a key partner to our local, finance, and product teams, you’ll drive the creation of comprehensive annual and quarterly business plans (OKRs) that align with our ambitious goals and market realities
  • Execution: You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our local teams to set quarterly OKRs, ensuring our plans translate into impactful actions and measurable outcomes
  • Key Initiatives: You spearhead high-priority, value-creating projects across different geographies, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on our business
  • Benchmarking & Best Practices: You’ll be the bridge that connects our regions, identifying and sharing best practices, and incorporating benchmarking to elevate our performance across the board
  • Steering: By collaborating with our Data & Analytics as well as local teams, you’ll refine the operational KPI tree, ensuring that we’re not just hitting targets but aiming at the right ones
  • Controlling: You’ll define and implement value-oriented controlling and steering reports, creating insights that guide our decision-making and keep us on the path to sustainable growth
