THE POSITION

One of our student workers in Procurement is now doing her Masters Degree and therefore we are looking for a new person who can fill her place. There will be an overlap for about 3 months enabling the new employee to learn about our systems, to do trainings and to learn about procurement and our company.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for tracking and follow ups on activities assigned.
- Making entries into the system.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Tracking and follow up on assigned tasks
- Supplier creation and maintenance
- Creation and follow up on purchase orders and invoices
- Ensuring a smooth process of procure to pay
- Coding of invoices
- Communications with stakeholders
- Cross functional position
- Ad hoc troubleshooting
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Market and customer intelligence.
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
SKILLS:
- Financial and business understanding, if possible
- SAP knowledge - good to have
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (Danish)
- Good communication skills
- Good overview of assigned tasks and their status
