IMPLEMENT THE PRODUCT VISION AND ROADMAP:

Research, understand and evaluate product requirements on the part of business and translate them into high quality product backlog items.
Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Use various techniques for efficient business process modelling, conceptual prototypes, traceability and quality management techniques.
Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
Maximizing product value within the available internal/external capacity per sprint and measure performance of these feature teams.
Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
Eliminate impediments for development of the product scope.
Support troubleshooting, resolving and closing of Production Support tickets (Incidents & Problems tickets) within defined SLA’s.
Technically and functionally lead the Feature Teams with Line Managers/Product Owner.

Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
Take consultative approach to challenge customers’ requested solution design, should a better alternative exist.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively (verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users either in the same team or other teams.

Willingness and ability to work on weekends and public holidays on implementation and operations (IT Support) related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Qualification in IT Computer Science (Diploma / Degree)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

8+ years of experience on SAP ABAP.
Ability to steer and provide guidance on technical solutions.
Establish governance rules and standards in the domain with regards to ABAP Development.
Analyse business requirements and translate it to Technical Requirements (SAP).
Experience with working across various SAP Modules (SD, MM, EWM, WM, Basis).
Able to deal with conflict and possess Strong Communication Skills.
Experience with Leading Teams & Steering 3rd Party Providers.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

German Speaking.
Between 7 - 10 Year
