REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Heavy Civil Supervisor experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven leader, highly motivated to the overall success of assigned projects
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Our Supervisors plan and coordinate production efforts of foreman under his/her supervision and motivates them to accomplish daily activities safely, correctly and efficiently. Supervisors act as a conduit between Project Management and Onsite activities to ensure construction complies with drawings and project specifications. Bronte Supervisors must understand how to effectively use Bronte workplace technology for equipment maintenance systems, scheduling/planning, and cost controls.

- Provide Mentorship to Foreman and Field Staff
- Utilization of assigned equipment
- Leads planning effort
- Accountable for hitting Project Milestone
