The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for both Demand and Supply Planning duties. This role will focus on forecasting and analytics to create a demand plan to pass to Supply Planning, specifically by testing statistical models, running scenario planning, and building a forecast that accounts for POS trends, customer on hand inventory, in-stocks, seasonality, and promotional activity. This role will also be responsible for identifying the optimal inventory and safety stock levels for fulfillment of customer orders, while also working within our inventory goals. The Supply Chain Planner will use their end-to-end supply and demand knowledge to create and pull reports for our team’s key metrics and publish to our broader SCM team and cross-functional counterparts in Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field – Required

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of a Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and/or Demand Planning experience

SOFTWARE/TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Data Analysis and Forecasting tools (SAP, Tableau, etc.)

OTHER SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITIES

• Strong understanding of the supply and demand relationship
• Ability to develop actionable insights from data
• Strong understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
• Strong attention to detail

  This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by managers.

• The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year
• Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
