• Provide functional and configuration expertise for SAP ERP, focusing on the SAP SD/MM modules
• Ensure reliable system operations and efficient resolution of issues
• Act as the first level support for end users on system, master data, and interface-related topics
• Develop and maintain systems documentation, including business process procedures, functional specifications, and process flows
• Support testing and implementation of fixes and enhancements in SAP, including new processes and changes to existing ones
• Develop training materials, conduct briefings, demos, and training sessions for users while providing technical support on roles, functions, and parameters
• Work with IT support organizations to resolve complex issues, coordinate with other SCSM/Super User networks, support cross-functional projects, and maintain effective communication and collaboration across function
