Job Description:
A league representative on behalf of GSC International, contact window among front-end team & plant team to ensure efficient connection and execution. Overall ownership of one or two business of OLM, MOB, QVE, BCP, Capacity, Capex, Cost etc, to define and align business strategy with BU and execute GSC Industrial strategy. Work with global for new product introduction, BCP, localization and rebalancing. Industrial Strategy decoding and leading transformation through synergy effect between GSC-T, BU and GSC International management team. Support business sustainable growth. Function Talent and Competency development.

As a Supply Chain Transformation Leader You will be responsible for :

  • Support Sales & Growth
  • New offer (TTM, Volume, Review)
  • Capacity (Line/machine/facility)
  • Make or Buy strategy validation and approval
  • Resilience (BCP,Po2) + Sustainability & Decent Work
  • Lead Product Roadmap (E2E) + Competitiveness
  • LTSCP (support long term competitiveness)
  • Competitive supply chain flow (Regionalization, localization, simplify or synergize upstream)
  • Cost (External and Internal benchmark, Capex, QVE, COS, subcon, new-tech)
  • Lead time (impact upstream inventory cost)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering of following field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanics, Industrial is preferred
  • Fluent English
  • 8~10+ years of relevant experience (industrial strategy/ business development/ consultant firm experience in industry and energy management field.
  • Consultant thinking, good at induction and opinion exaction.
  • Good communication skill and willing to listen, with curiosity for emerging topics.
  • Teamwork spirit, open minded and flexible problem-solving ability.
  • Be adapt to a certain of business travelling.
