Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to strengthen our Nordic Support team. As a Support Technician at Grassfish you will work in a tight working support team with a high variety of customer tickets. You will communicate directly with our customers via phone and email, troubleshoot and solve issues on a daily basis and maintain the customer’s journey with high-quality support.
In our daily work we deal with both hardware and software, and our platforms are supported by Microsoft Windows and Linux.
Experience in Windows environment is mandatory.
