• Configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based server systems

• Manage and maintain Active Directory

• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Assist in the implementation and management of client systems
• Provide 3rd level support behind end-user support
• Document IT processes and systems
• Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for system administration
