Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Twin Cities. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, and the chosen consultant will be primarily responsible for assessing the talent acquisition process and delivering results, with a focus on job postings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the talent acquisition process to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent • Implement recruiting strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs and goals • Oversee the use of Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient processing and management of candidate data • Conduct background checks as part of the pre-employment screening process • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on the hiring process • Utilize PeopleSoft system for various HR functions • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost per permanent • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards • Address any issues or questions related to HR • Attend meetings onsite 1-2 days a week, with the remainder of the role being carried out remotely.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with 10 or more years in the field
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Applicant Track System
  • Familiarity with conducting Background Checks in compliance with legal regulations
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using PeopleSoft for HR functions
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing Recruiting Strategies
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field is preferred
