We’re looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract top talent, and build a strong employer brand across multiple entities within our Group. If you’re passionate about sourcing top-notch Developers and possess the knack for scouting talent across diverse roles including sales, operations, and niche legal expertise across Australia and New Zealand, then you’ll be the perfect fit to drive our hiring success!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Take a proactive approach – we need you to lead the charge in headhunting top talent, both externally and internally.
  • Manage hiring process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate, and hiring manager experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions that align with our EVP.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote our newly created EVP and proactively build brand awareness in the market. Use your networking skills to attend and host meet-ups.
  • Data-driven decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to refine hiring processes and improve efficiency. Provide insights to stakeholders on recruiting practices.
  • Internal coaching: You’ll be the recruitment guru, coaching and empowering our teams to nail every hire, making the hiring process a breeze for everyone involved.
