THIS IS THE JOB

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (human), you will play a key role in ensuring the acquisition of top talents for everdrop - and for our mission. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining and publishing new job openings to coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This role requires a person with excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the right fit for both the role and our company culture.

As Talent Acquisition Manager (human) your main tasks will be:

  • You contribute to the growth of everdrop by taking over the end-to-end recruitment process for our open positions: from creating job descriptions, pre-selecting applicants, to conducting interviews and hiring new colleagues.
  • You collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • You independently take over all steps of applicant management by using our recruitment software (recruitee).
  • You make sure that our job advertisements are always up to date and manage external job portals.
  • You ensure an efficient pre-onboarding and a smooth first working day for our new hires.
  • You collaborate with the marketing / communications team to enhance everdrops employer brand in various initiatives.
  • Depending on the hiring needs, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to various People & Culture initiatives, allowing you to expand your experience and skills.
  • All over you guarantee an excellent candidate and employee experience through appreciation and transparent communication.
