Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the effective administration of corporate staff hiring requirements. Ensuring the accurate sourcing and hiring of highly qualified personnel through various digital platforms and headhunting efforts.Job responsibilities and functions

  • Receive and accurately track hiring requisitions, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, Time to Hire, and Time to Fill.
  • Maintain close and direct communication with clients (hiring managers) through intake meetings to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand.
  • Perform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
  • Track the progress of candidates in the ATS throughout the entire recruiting process.
  • Have knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process: pre-recruitment planning, sourcing, evaluation of applicants, interview and selection, hiring.
  • Prepare job offers in coordination with the Compensation and Benefits department, which approves the compensation package and salary analysis.
  • Extend job offers and explain the benefits and compensation package offered by the company.
  • Develop creative strategies to secure candidates utilizing digital platforms, job fairs, social networks, and sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles (headhunting).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with college career centers and campus leads to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain clear and close communication with candidates from their application until the end of the process to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Occasionally manage recruitment processes for non-local positions or the relocation of candidates to Tijuana.
  • Coordinate internal promotions with management staff (backfills and replacements).
  • Elaborate job offers for promotions, reviewing with HR for approval of the compensation package (salary analysis).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (desirable)
  • 1+ of experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Related Human resources knowledge
  • Advanced English level
  • Proficiency in using ATS, CRM such as Zoho or Workday
  • Desired knowledge of ServiceNow or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, Power point)
  • Good written communication skills for drafting emails to all levels of the organization, clients, and candidates.Skills:
