Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Acting as a strategic sourcing support to AMS Recruitment Partners and client’s Hiring Managers.
- Interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements and developing innovative sourcing techniques (networking, headhunting, engaging passive talent via various world-class tools and platforms).
- Ensuring complete talent mapping through Boolean search via LinkedIn, Company websites etc., as well as through different and unconventional tools.
- Timely updating and engaging with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers at various levels.
- Ensuring constant flow of most relevant candidates for each opening.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken.
- A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
- Result-oriented approach to responsibilities.
- Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.

AMS is looking to bring on board a Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist with Hungarian. You will become a part of an experienced global talent acquisition team supporting our client in investment banking sector. Your role will be pivotal in building collaborative relationships with client in support of hiring top talent in the market.
