This role is a fixed-term temporary contract only for maternity coverage and no extension or conversion to permanent contract by default. The incumbent will own, design, develop, and deliver various talent development solutions aimed at building a robust talent supply.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of relevant experience (i.e. learning & development, talent development, talent management). Preferably in a very-fast-paced global organisation and enough experience in managing programs, projects and/or products.
  • Skillful and concise communication, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent English.
  • Exposure to multicultural environments with good awareness of cultural differences; a second language is a plus, preferably Chinese, to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders as needed.
  • Proactive & organised way of working, willing to go extra miles for success
  • Sound logic for generating solutions from problem analysis; creativity is preferred.
  • Strong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own talent development programs end-to-end, designing, developing, delivering & evaluating solutions, including leadership development, self-paced learning paths, live training sessions, and use of external resources (e.g. executive coaches).
  • Assess and analyse team/ employee learning needs and help create tailored solutions as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and managers.
  • Contribute to the performance review cycles, talent review and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of learning activities and draw insights from data.
  • Support other TD/OD projects and initiatives as needed.
