Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
In this role you will:
- Plan, implement and manage enterprise talent and succession activities, providing thought leadership and expertise and engaging with key stakeholders across the global People function and the business to ensure the effective delivery of and support for initiatives.
- Work as part of an agile team to support talent transformation activities, including the implementation of refreshed talent management frameworks and practices, and the design and implementation of career development frameworks, practices and digital technology solutions.
- Coordinate insights and reporting for initiatives to identify impact of activities and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of communication and change plans to ensure effective delivery of initiatives and linkage to QBE’s broader strategic ambitions and purpose.
- Support and develop the refresh of QBE’s 360 degree assessment surveys.
- Partner with the broader Career & Capability team to ensure alignment and integration of talent management initiatives with the broader employee lifecycle.
To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of projects and/or programs with experience in an HR/People environment a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in talent management or similar discipline highly advantageous
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- A can-do, proactive approach with a focus on quality execution and outcomes
- Excellent relationship building skills and comfort engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate with business representatives at all levels in a clear, well-organised and professional manner
