We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Manager to join our team and oversee and drive the organization’s talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and organizational goals.
As a Talent Manager, within the HR Team you will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, coaching, leadership development, talent management, performance management, and succession planning. You will lead a team of recruitment and talent professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Oversee the recruitment strategy, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manage the Recruitment Team, providing guidance and support in meeting the organization’s hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes, tools, and practices to enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Manage the team to ensure that training programs are effectively organized and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Identify skills gaps and create development plans to address them, ensuring continuous learning opportunities for all employees in line with business strategy.
  • Leadership & Executive Development:
  • Design and implement leadership development programs that prepare emerging leaders for key roles within the organization.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning.
  • Talent Management:
  • Develop and manage talent management processes that align with organizational objectives, including talent reviews, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Coaching & Mentorship:
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and leaders within the organization to enhance their effectiveness and leadership capabilities.
  • Create and implement a structured mentorship program to support employee growth and development.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage transparent and fair performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual career aspirations.
  • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans where necessary and support their implementation.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to ensure business continuity and the readiness of future leaders.
  • Identify critical roles within the organization and develop strategies to ensure a pipeline of ready-now talent.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and work with the HR team to address any issues.
  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy as a key member of the HR Core Team.
  • Provide strategic input to the HR Director and collaborate with other HR functions to ensure the alignment of talent initiatives with broader organizational goals.
