Description:

We are looking for a Part-Time Operations assistant who will ensure seamless management and organization of data across multiple platforms, including Shaker, Google Sheets, and Follow Up Boss. You will be responsible for daily task execution from Shaker, managing databases, tracking software updates, and potentially supporting marketing campaigns and team migration efforts. There’s also an opportunity to expand into transaction coordination in the future. This role reports directly to the COO & Director of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of Experience in Real Estate
  • Google Workspace
  • Follow Up Boss
  • Mailchimp

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Shaker.io or other TC platforms

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Understanding of TC operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently
  • Skill in simplifying operations and creating seamless workflows
  • C1 English proficiency level or above

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Entry into Shaker and Google Sheets (transferring file information)
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Daily email monitoring for task prompts from Shaker and execution
  • Data Analytics (lead lists/database in Follow Up Boss and Google Sheets)
  • Database Management
  • Managing and Tracking Software Updates
  • Possibly: Execute Mailchimp Marketing Campaigns to lead lists
  • Possibly: Assist with team migration to Open to Close
  • Possibly: Transition into a full-time role, adding transaction coordinator tasks
