Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Be the problem solver behind the scenes, juggling the schedules of our leadership team, ensuring that there are no overlapping meetings, just the right number of meetings, and enough prep time.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to craft meeting times that are pure gold. When scheduling conflicts arise, you’ll collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize like a pro.
  • Inbox Oversight: Tame our inbox jungle! Weed out spam, ensuring only the important stuff remains. Transform emails into actionable to-dos, leaving our focus sharp and our time well-spent.
  • Meeting Coordination: Take the lead in managing the executive group and leadership meetings. From finding the perfect offsite slots to confirming dates for everyone, you’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page, both literally and figuratively.
  • Investor Relationship Support: Act as a bridge between our company and investors by organizing board calls, managing dates, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Offsite Arrangements: Taking the lead in planning offsites for leadership meetings, you’ll handle logistics like flights, accommodations, and locations.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Embrace the unexpected by tackling various tasks such as cross-over accounting, mail handling, and occasional personal assistance needs.
