About the role
As the Team Lead for Commercial Execution - Feeding & Dosing, you will assume leadership of the global commercial execution team for our Feeding & Dosing product line. Your primary office location will be in Augsburg, Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating the commercial execution efforts across various countries, working closely with team members situated in different locations. Together, you will ensure the smooth execution of orders from our customers worldwide.
In addition to overseeing commercial execution, your role will involve contract management. You will provide support to our sales team during negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our company and customers.
About the Department
The Feeding & Dosing Technologies product line plays a vital role within the Business Line Capital of the Cement industry. It is dedicated to providing our global Cement customers with cutting-edge feeding and dosing equipment, aiming to enhance their plant operations and contribute to a reduced carbon footprint.
Based in Augsburg, Germany, the Commercial Execution team serves as the central hub for executing our global orders. This position is an integral part of the team, contributing to the seamless execution of projects and ensuring customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Your responsibilities

  • Management and development of the team (operative and strategic, 5 employees)
  • Guide and advice sales and teams on contractual conditions and relevant terms of law – in consultation with a legal advisor
  • Active contract management to make sure the project is executed and documented in accordance with the contract
  • Establish a contract overview with all main and relevant terms / dates
  • Implement sales and execution risk and governance structures
  • Ensure an active change management by creating awareness for managing of change requests within the project team
  • Steer the team for a proper adherence to the defined claim or change management procedure.
  • Ensure events associated with delay or disruption in accordance with the contract will be documented.
  • Actively lead dispute management with customers whenever necessary.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (university) in business administration or project management or international law.
  • Ideally more than ten years of professional experience in commercial / contract business. International contracts.
  • Knowledge in accounting, legal, tax, finance and insurance matters and contractual risk management
  • Independent, goal-oriented way of working
  • Advanced English and Fluency in German - Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • High team spirit and communication skills
