WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce brands in the German market.
• Experience with subscription business models a plus
• Fluency in German and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
• You have strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they translate to influencer marketing.
• You are ambitious and are looking to take the next step in your career, into a team lead position.
• You’re autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Team Lead Influencer Marketing, you will make a significant contribution to our growth strategy. This is an amazing opportunity to shape one of Every’s most important growth channels. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will work closely with other channel owners to improve Every’s acquisition activities.

YOUR TASKS:

• Developing Every’s influencer marketing strategy, taking ownership of paid deals, barter deals and our affiliate program, with the goal of acquiring new customers.
• Owning our Influencer Marketing budget and targets.
• Leading a small team of Influencer Marketers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and their managers/agencies. Identifying new influencers, concluding collaborations and leading negotiations.
• Developing creative briefs to help our influencers promote Every in the best way possible.
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of sponsorship and collaboration initiatives
• Bringing a performance-driven approach to the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns.
• Working cross-functionally with the performance marketing, content and ecom teams.
