Description:

TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a leader to provide the necessary support , development, and training to the Hospital Team to ensure key performance indicators are met, compliance to service level agreements and contracts are maintained. To assist in the day-to-day operations of the team by assisting in the allocation of work, as well as ensuring necessary facilitation and training is provided. To actively participate and engage in initiatives and act as a subject matter expert and process owner within the Hospital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the Hospital team by assisting in the planning, organising, monitoring and controlling of allocated work activities
  • Provide technical expertise and source appropriate resources so that overall team performance improves to match agreed targets
  • Provide a high standard of customer service by dealing with escalated enquiries from team members and/or THF Management
  • Collaborate with peer group to review and improve Customer Service processes
  • Assist in training, upskilling and supporting of Assessors with competency
  • Assist in changing Hospital claiming processes to support legislative and regulatory changes.
  • Create and support continuous improvement initiatives that align with business plan and strategy
