JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL ASSET ENGINEER AIR

We are looking for an experienced and motivated technical professional to support the management of BAE Air contract change requests (CRF), Projects and Asset Changeovers.

NOTE

This job description Is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken. JOB OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and co-ordination of all AIR Project and Change requests into Mitie Maximo system
• Key lead on CRF co-ordination with BAE, Mitie Operations and BAE and Mitie Projects
• Facilitation and collation of CRF information to allow for pricing
• Collation of all O & M documentation
• Technical expertise

MAIN DUTIES

• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Achieve the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation of the business
• Working with IT systems including Maximo, SAP, Mozaic, Intranet and Microsoft Office
• Undertake input and analysis of asset and project data for use
• Provide a cradle to grave service for CRF’s
• Attend all BAE Projects Kick off – Handover meetings, supporting BAE Air Proquis24689 process
• Attend site Walkarounds for project deliverables
• Prepare all CRF preparation documentation to agreed KPI timeframes
• Support CRF Coordinator in creation of CRF documents
• Support Mitie Projects to align Mitie Maximo system assets and PM schedules
• Collate Subcontractor Quotations
• Co-ordinate Asset Swap out
• Support Air Asset Tagging project
• Work in conjunction with ACT team members, Air SMT and Operations teams
• Support BAE Mitie Risk Register
• Communicating with others, managing, and replying to emails
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract
• Develop a good understanding of the business, its teams, roles and the environment in which we work
