Description:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate’s degree; or little or no work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 1:
Demonstrated ability to work under pay driven deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 2:
Prior experience working with sensitive and confidential data in multiple systems to determine root cause and solving inquiries.
REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 3:
Working knowledge of HCM (Workday) and Salesforce CRM in a shared service environment.
REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 4:
Proven ability to complete mathematical computation.
REQUIRED SKILL/ABILITY 5:
Demonstrated ability and experience in completing transactional tasks related to benefits, benefit payments, pay, and time.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and document management systems, in an operational perspective. Background in Human Resource Operations and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as a principle source of information to clients who have business with or interest in the units. 2. Serves as a principle source of information on specialized techniques and equipment problems. May perform a range of technical functions. 3. Explains and demonstrates use of electronic security processes to students, staff, faculty, and visitors. 4. Explains and describes use of specialized computerized digital conversion systems, scanners, imaging and camera equipment. 5. Operates computerized security programs, systems and camera equipment. 6. Reviews records for accuracy and reporting. Prepares reports. Determines methods and materials for production. 7. Reviews unit products for accuracy and completeness. 8. Collects, compiles and evaluates time and production data. Prepares reports. 9. Performs technical functions incidental to access control and security systems. 10. May perform other duties as assigned.
