ABOUT US
Our Information Technology department is seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our team as a Java Development Lead. This position will lead in the definition, development, and documentation of functional specifications, objectives and deliverables on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments. In this role, the Technical Lead will conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Create application architecture artifacts and recommend solutions for ongoing in-house development.
- Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
- Create detailed technical design to help team members and stakeholders.
- Design, Develop and Unit test application in .Net, ESB and Java.
- Assist manager in leading projects and team members.
- Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and give advice based on findings.
- Estimate technical effort, work breakdown structure, risks and solutions at a solution level.
