Responsibilities:

As a Technical Services Manager (TSM) you will be a technical advisor you will help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey with tailored-to-fit cloud solutions that deliver business value and outcomes. This includes assessing the customer’s business requirements for their SAP landscape and navigate and mitigate cloud adoption challenges together with our business network partners.
This will include understanding the business transformation goals and challenges of our customers, suggesting solutions and services, and identifying and positioning SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio offerings.
You will ensure smooth transitions by identifying issues, finding solutions, designing optimal configurations to maximize performance and availability and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
