What you’ll do
- You will report to TechOps Engineering Manager to contribute toward developing an understanding of cloud operations handles all production deployments of our developed software and supports the services that run on that software. We strive to keep operational costs down while keeping our services up.
- You will provide support to customers
- You will work with the TechOps Team to support our cloud environments and services
- Support the development teams in their daily usage of our cloud platform
- You will create documentation that the software needs
- Take an on-call shift for production support out of business hours with a normal rotation.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering-related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 2 or 3 years of experience to support a Saas/PaaS platform
- Experience in Cloud environments AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience supporting databases PSQL or MySQL
- Experiences with support tickets and development task applications
- Experience working with Node, JavaScript, Python, Terraform
