QUALIFICATIONS

  • SAP Knowledge (desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
  • Excel knowledge
    Primary Location: MX-Nuevo León-Apodaca
    Schedule: Full-time
    Unposting Date: Ongoing

Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer support by Chat, Mail and Phone
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
  • Warranty Management
  • Close Follow Up to the customer Cases
  • Liaise with Commercial, Local Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning
  • Champion IMPACT value
