QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deal with stressful situations & multiple conflicting priorities
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
- Excel knowledge
Primary Location: MX-Nuevo León-Apodaca

Responsibilities:
- Direct customer support by Chat, Mail and Phone
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
- Warranty Management
- Close Follow Up to the customer Cases
- Liaise with Commercial, Local Logistics, and Supply Chain Planning
