We are now looking for a Technical Team Lead to join the Application Management team in our Eficode Managed Services unit. Our Managed Services business area consists of about 150 experts, offering services across all our operating countries. Our offering includes our Managed DevOps Platform solution ROOT and Application Management services.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical leadership: you demonstrate success in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers and driving initiatives across the organization while achieving business goals.
  • Solid communication skills: you enjoy working with people, you promote a knowledge-sharing and collaborative culture.
  • Cloud expertise: Experience managing public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • System administration: In-depth knowledge of system administration, including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Service-model business understanding: Familiarity with service-oriented business models and experience in contributing to business growth and presales.

IT’S EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Customer interface: proven experience in operating at the customer interface.
  • DevOps practices: practical knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation practices.
  • Technical certifications: relevant certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership & guidance: provide technical support to your team, troubleshooting and guiding them through cloud and infrastructure-related challenges.
  • Presales & business development: Collaborate with colleagues in pre-sales efforts, identifying new opportunities for upselling and contributing to business strategy.
  • Cloud operations: work hands-on in optimizing, automating, and scaling public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) while improving processes and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Process & quality improvement: continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and maintain high standards of quality in service delivery.
  • Team management & mentorship: lead and mentor a team of Cloud Engineers, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering professional growth.
