KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or IT-related field.
  • ITIL Certification highly regarded.
  • Certification in business analysis and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver tailored technology solutions.
  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Developing and maintaining all project-related documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations to relevant stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and priorities, driving the delivery of value-added technology solutions.
