Job Responsibilities :
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers at Razer. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, managing incoming communications, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Manage visitor logs, ensuring compliance with security and privacy protocols.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Take accurate and detailed messages when necessary and ensure timely communication to the relevant parties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as required.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Address and resolve minor issues or complaints with professionalism.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Salary Ranges (per annum):
$37,786.00 - $62,976.00
