Ab 1. November suchen wir Dich für 4 Monate als Assistant in unserem Advertising Service in München zum Launch des Sales System Globalisation Projektes. Der Advertising Service kümmert sich um alle Anzeigenbuchungen (Digital, Event, Print) in unseren Brands (AD, GLAMOUR, GQ, VOGUE & Condé Nast Traveller) und steht im Austausch mit unseren Kunden/Agenturen und internen Bereichen

• Erfahrungen in der Auftragserfassung/Disposition oder der Buchhaltung
• Begeisterungsfähige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Affinität und starkes Interesse an Medien und Werbekampagnen
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis
• Gute Excel und Google Sheets Kenntnisse
• Organisationstalent
• Gute Deutsch & Englisch-Kenntnisse

  Temporary Assistant in the Advertising Service - SSG Implementation (4 months)
  Are you interested in medi (digital & print), and media campaigns? Starting November 1st, we are looking for a temporary assistant to join our Advertisisng Service Team in Munich for four months working on the launch of our Sales System Globalisation. The Advertising Service is responsible for the order management of all media bookings (digital, event, print)l in our brands (AD, GLAMOUR, GQ, VOGUE & Condé Nast Traveller) and is in contact with our advertising clients, agency and internal teams.
  .

• Booking entry for all our clients and brands VOGUE, AD, GLAMOUR, CNT and GQ
• Processing of discount adjustments in our global booking systems
• Order entry of media bookings into our SSG system
• Gaining insights into the commercial organization of Condé Nast Germany
• Supporting the Advertising Service with their daily tasks.
• Working closely with our Revenue Management team on sales reports
