POSITION OVERVIEW

Temporary Roadie Support Representatives will assist Roadie Support through April 2025. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A Roadie Support Representative must have good customer service skills, be able to analyze an incoming issue or question and follow through to resolution. A Roadie Support Representative is able to assist the customer in a clear and effective manner over the phone and via email. They are able to record detailed accounts of actions taken to resolve an issue. Roadie Support Representatives must have a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • +1 year of experience of customer service preferred +1 year of experience of restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual preferred; verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees and former employees with W2 retrieval
  • Assist employees and former employees with Payroll related questions
  • Use service desk software to log calls and track tickets
  • Answer support phone calls at a high volume rate with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers
  • Data Entry – assist when needed on various projects
  • Other miscellaneous administrative functions to support the People Department
