Test Automation Engineer

I’m currently helping my client to find an experienced Test Automation Engineer for their long-term project in Tampere. The project is for a large industrial client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The project that you’d join is for an industrial company that has a big office in central Tampere. Ideally you’ll work in the office 2-3 days per week. The site is easily reachable by both public transport and car.

In this position, you’d…

• Take part in integration and UI testing of a web-based tool
• Work closely with a development team
• Write and maintain test cases

The technologies that you’d work with include…

• Robot Framework and Python
• Selenium
• Playwright
• Jenkins
• CI/CD
• Docker / Podman

It’d be great if you have experience in most of the above. However, experience in Robot Framework and Python (5+ years) is the most important thing. If you have previous experience in working in large industrial projects – perfect!
You’d be employed on a permanent contract. This would be a long-term project with no end date in sight. We hope that you’d be able to start as soon as possible.
