Test Automation Lead

We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to build and lead our Test Automation team. This critical role will guide the creation and maintenance of our automated testing frameworks, ensure top-notch software quality, and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

As the Test Automation Lead, you will:

• Recruit, build, and lead a talented team of test automation engineers focused on enhancing the R&D efficiency at Rightware.
• Maintain and improve our existing automated test frameworks and tests, mostly built using C# with MSTEST, to support continuous testing of Kanzi Studio.
• Develop and implement new, efficient, and stable test frameworks to elevate our quality standards.
• Oversee and contribute to manual testing efforts to ensure timely releases, while planning and leading the transition to fully automated release processes in the future.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional R&D teams, aligning testing strategies with development goals, product requirements and process standards such as ISO/IEC 15504 or ASPICE.
• Mentor and grow the skills of your team, fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
