Trainee New Business / Account Manager (all genders)
We are looking for a full-time Trainee New Business / Account Manager (all genders) for at our location in Munich as soon as possible for Mediaplus, the largest owner-managed media agency in Europe under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group.

What you can expect from us:

  • Support the team in managing the end-to-end new business pitch process with all agencies within the Mediaplus Group, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling pitch strategies and proposals
  • Assist the team in sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the agency by updating and maintaining our internal sharing platforms
  • Support the preparation of pitch presentations, including creative concepts, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Learn how to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pitch strategies
  • Learn to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the pitch process

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media & Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • First experience as an intern or working student in a media agency or in the marketing and advertising industry in general
  • Interest in business development, marketing, and project management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Independent, conscientious way of working and the ability to set priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Language: German (min. B2) and English (business proficient), Location Munich (flexible in mobile work, but not 100% remote)
