Job Description
Behringer is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to spearhead product development within the Digital Mixing and Audio Production Equipment portfolio. Leveraging your deep electronics engineering expertise, you’ll lead both local and remote teams, contributing to creating cutting-edge hardware products for musicians and audio production.
Your responsibilities include end-to-end development ownership for Behringer’s Mixing and Production Equipment portfolio, delivering projects on time with quality, and maintaining high design standards. Leading, inspiring, and mentoring cross-functional teams is pivotal, in close collaboration with product management, mechanical engineers, and UX designers.
Requirements for this role include proven team leadership, project management, and resource allocation experience, along with a Master’s degree in electronics engineering and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. A passion for music, creative musical products, and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll join a collaborative team of around 30 individuals near Duesseldorf, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment that allows partial remote work.
