Position Summary
Huron is seeking a talented and motivated T&E (Travel and Expense) Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to optimize their travel and expense management processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and compliance. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current T&E processes, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support the implementation of T&E systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other business applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline travel and expense management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients on T&E system functionalities, best practices, and process improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process maps, system requirements, and user guides, to support implementation and ongoing system maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide proactive recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications:
- US work authorization required
- Flexible living locations (US & CAD)
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 years of travel and expense software implementation and/or substantial administration experience (Concur, Chrome River, etc.)
- Targeted travel model (up to 40%), willingness to work extended hours as necessary
The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
